We want you to love your Lashify experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Control Kits and unused lash cartridges. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
